I was very lucky to be referred to New Vista Horizons by a friend. As a first-time buyer, I had no clue what I was doing, but Liz Guralnik and her team were there for me every step of the way. She went above and beyond getting my co-op application into shape, was always quick to answer questions, and made the whole daunting process a lot less painful than it could have been. I would definitely recommend them, and will call them up again in the future myself. Not too soon, though - I am thrilled with my new place!
